After completing an extensive site selection study, WGI designed a new four-level, 236-space parking structure that is located in the heart of the downtown entertainment district.
The facility includes a 3,000-square-foot street-front liner building for city use as well as a 9,000-square-foot administration building at one end that coincides with current expansion plans for the adjacent Walton Performing Arts Center.
The parking structure provides much needed special event parking for the performing arts center as well as the busy Dickson Street entertainment district nearby.
