St. David’s Healthcare is building a new campus to serve Leander, a fast-growing community outside of Austin, Texas. It is situated in Leander’s TOD near the Capital Metro Red Line station.
The first phase of the master-planned campus includes an 11,200-square-foot free-standing emergency department (FSED) with services including radiological testing and a medical lab. The remaining plans for the site include a full-service hospital with 80 beds, medical offices, and related infrastructure.
WGI is providing civil engineering services for the campus, including drainage design, subdivision plans and approvals, traffic and transportation engineering, utility design, and construction documents.
