St. Joseph Regional Medical Center launched a multi-million dollar expansion and renovation project to meet the growing demand for patient care.
The first phase of the project consisted of the construction of a seven-level, 1,114-space parking structure with a retail component. Future phases include a lobby renovation, multi-story hotel, office building, extended-stay facility, and infrastructure improvements.
WGI provided parking consulting and structural engineering services for the parking structure component of this project.
