Project Details

WGI performed an on-site review of parking market conditions and assessed the potential impact of new construction at the airport. As a result, WGI recommended that Park Place increase its parking capacity by modifying the parking layout and adding additional service options. 

Recommendations regarding promotional programs and physical changes to the facilities and signage were also suggested.

  • Review/evaluate operating practices at Park Place
  • Assess Park Place facilities in terms of design, functionality, and appearance 
  • Examine conditions in the airport curbside area 
  • Assess competing off-airport parking operations 
  • Compare airport parking rates—both at the airport and at off-airport facilities 
  • Evaluate special Park Place promotional programs versus those offered by other facilities 
  • Conduct interviews with Park Place customers to evaluate impressions and factors affecting their selection of a parking location
