WGI developed parking layouts and circulation plans for this 1,500-space parking structure. Our scope of services included preparation of construction documents, specifications for a state-of-the-art pay-on-foot parking revenue system, and overview of design documents prepared by other project team members.
Project Highlights
- Four bays wide with one-way traffic flow. Three bays are flat, with the fourth bay sloped to provide two-way traffic flow between levels.
- Ground-floor car rental pick-up and drop-off.
- Vehicular bridges to existing garages accommodate overflow during peak demand periods.
- Precast/prestressed concrete double tees supported by spandrel beams, light walls, and columns.
