The Seminole Tribe of Florida contracted WGI to provide professional services for a stormwater management review of two sets of civil/stormwater plans for expansion projects at the Tampa Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Specifically, WGI reviewed the proposed stormwater management facilities for two projects: the new poker room and the casino expansion. Each plan set includes approximately 20 drawings, and the Site Package Project Manual contains approximately 200 pages. The reviews were conducted by the requirements outlined in the Tribe’s Criteria Manual to the Seminole Water Rights Compact. The review results were summarized in letter report style and included an executed ERMD Submittal Items Checklist and a Stormwater Review Summary Form.
