Technology Village Parking Structure

Technology Village, located in the heart of downtown Duluth, is home to one of the country’s premier IT training schools, as well as several financial, retail and service businesses.

This 596-space parking structure supports Technology Village. The lower-level provides separate secured parking for employees. A full-service drive-thru banking center is featured at street level.

Project Highlights:

• Two-bay parking structure with two-way traffic flow and single-thread helix ramping system
• Glass-enclosed stair/elevator tower with connection to elevated downtown skywalk system
• Cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete structural system with durability features, including epoxy-coated reinforcing steel and corrosion-inhibiting admixtures
