WGI provided Parking Solutions services for this award-winning project for Cousins Properties in Atlanta, GA. Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead district, Terminus offers world class office space and is home to many of Atlanta’s finest companies, luxurycondominiums and street-level retail.
The first phase of this mixed-use development, Terminus 100, included a 27-story office tower. A 14-level, 2,175-space parking structure topped with an 18-story residential tower, is an integral component.
Terminus 200 included a 25-story office tower, two residential towers and two interconnected parking garages with 600 spaces.
Terminus won an Urban Land Institute Atlanta.
