WGI has been working with the City of Ferndale since April 2016 to assist with the planning, public engagement, and conceptual design of the mixed-use parking structure in downtown Ferndale. Following the intensive public process, the City Council has elected to proceed with a mixed-use parking structure project on the Troy Parking lot (Lot #6).

The parking structure will include approximately 397 parking spaces over four parking levels, with one level of below grade parking. The structure will provide street level retail space and the future addition of two office levels above the parking structure, including support elements within the parking structure such as an office lobby, access for services, utilities, stair and elevator access.
