Toyota of Boerne

The Toyota of Boerne dealership is located on a 24-acre site in Boerne, Texas. WGI was responsible for the planning and entitlement of the site, civil engineering design, and project coordination for the new 30,000 square-foot body shop and parking expansion, adding over 500 spaces for employees and a new vehicle display. The project included the design of offsite public water and sewer extensions, three onsite detention ponds, and coordination with TxDOT for access to IH-10, which was under construction during the project.

Project Highlights:

• The project was an expansion of an existing and operational Toyota dealership. WGI designed the relocation of an existing detention facility as well as additional detention for the increased impervious cover added to the site. The improvements added over 500 vehicle spaces for new vehicle displays, employee parking, and vehicle storage at the new collision body facility. Design and construction administration required close coordination with the City of Boerne on public utility extensions and with TxDOT for new access points at the IH-10 frontage road.
