The $500M project included over 2.5 million square-feet of office space with two cast-in-place post-tensioned parking structures accommodating nearly 3,500 vehicles.
The developer of this five-building headquarters complex retained WGI to provide consulting services, including functional design, parking layouts, and signage. A shared parking concept allowed staff and visitor parking to be nested within the two six-level structures fronted by office space.
