The Center for Community at the University of Colorado-Boulder is anchored by a 900-seat street-market style dining hall and houses student support offices. The $84.4 million center also has the flexibility to host special events and meetings.
WGI designed the parking layout and traffic circulation for this two-level, 375-space underground parking structure and provided durability consulting and a review of the lighting and plumbing systems. WGI also worked with the university’s Dept. of Parking & Transportation Services to design the structure’s parking access and revenue control system. The project is expected to earn gold-level LEED certification.

• Open for event parking after 5 p.m. and on weekends
