Project Details

Located near high-rise student residence halls, this 904-space parking structure provides convenient resident and commuter student parking. It also serves as a vital link to the campus shuttle bus service.

The facility was selected to receive the Design Award of Excellence from the Georgia Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.

Project Highlights:

• Three-bay single helix with two-way traffic on center ramping bay and one-way traffic on adjacent flat bays
• Entry/exit on first and fifth levels
• Two glass-backed stair and elevator towers
• Precast/prestressed concrete framing system with field-cast topping
• Architectural precast concrete façade panels with modified epoxy-textured coating
