This parking structure on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus was constructed on a 216-space surface lot. The overall project consisted of the design and construction of a 635-stall parking structure with occupied space. The structure also includes a bus zone, elevator, stairs and additional support and storage areas. The initial structure was sited to allow for expansion to the north and the west to accommodate future parking demand.

WGI pre-qualified firms to submit proposals for the project and also assisted in creating the project manual and schematic design report, a guide/submittal outlining the major concerns and concepts to be used in developing the final designs for the 14th and Avery Parking Structure.
