University of Texas 27th Street Garage

The 27th Street Garage is located at the corner of 27th Street and University Avenue on the University of Texas at Austin campus. The 759-space structure provides parking for students, faculty, staff and visitors, as well as daily and departmental parking. It was designed to provide much-needed parking for the psychology building and the student services building, both in near proximity to the garage.

Project Highlights:

• Three-bay, single helix with one-way traffic
• Two open-air stair towers and one glass-backed, hydraulic elevator tower
• Exterior façade enhancements utilizing University of Texas brick complement campus architecture
