University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh Parking Structure

The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh’s parking structure was designed to meet the growing needs of the campus and will serve as a stepping stone in achieving the goals of the campus master plan. The 450-space parking structure serves the meeting center, wellness center and arena area on campus.

Project Highlights:

• Three-bay single-thread helix with two-way traffic flow
• Cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete
• Architectural design highlighted by field-laid masonry and incorporation of school logo in stair glass
• Brick façade complements the architecture along the main campus thoroughfare
• Glass-backed elevators and glass-enclosed stair towers enhance visibility and security
