Project Details

This privately developed parking structure project was developed in coordination with West Virginia University.

The parking structure is adjacent to the University Place mixed-use development in with an integrated restaurant and multilevel fitness center. The parking structure complements the development and addresses the parking demand generated by this development and the surrounding neighborhood.

The parking structure incorporates a grade level restaurant and a full service fitness center. The site has a total grade change of approximately 60 feet, and a light well has been provided along its north edge to provide natural lighting and ventilation.
