Utah Valley University Student Life Center and Parking Structure

In an effort to enhance student success and foster student engagement and social interaction, Utah Valley University (UVU) constructed its new Student Life and Wellness Center (SLWC). The completed building houses basketball courts, an indoor track, fitness and dance rooms, workout areas with state-of-the-art equipment, a climbing wall, a bowling alley, a gaming center, and study rooms.

A 450-space parking structure was built in conjunction with the SLWC and serves students, faculty, staff, visitors, and special event parkers. A protected pedestrian walkway across the second floor of the parking structure connects the SLWC to the tunnel located under College Drive, the LDS Institute of Religion, and other campus facilities to the north.

All spaces are available for paid daily-rate parking. Revenue is collected at multi-space meters throughout the parking structure, and permit parking is also allowed anywhere in the garage.
