Walsh Tarlton Overlook is an office building and parking garage located in Austin, Texas. It is situated just north of Loop 360 on the west side of Walsh Tarlton Lane, just 4 miles from the CBD and adjacent to Barton Creek Square Mall.Â
The 3-story building is part of a master-planned mixed-use development that also includes townhomes and apartments.Â
Our MEP engineering team worked closely with Sixthriver Architects and the rest of the design team to maximize the comfort and convenience of tenants.Â
WGI is also providing engineering services for several tenants within the development. Walsh Tarlton Overlook was completed in late 2017.
