The City of Waukegan’s municipal parking structure is a five-level, 170,000-square-foot, multi-use facility. The parking structure accommodates 680 cars and houses several commercial and retail spaces. The parking structure serves the Waukegan Public Library, Genessee Theatre, Lake County Courthouse and downtown businesses.

• Two-bay double-thread helix with one-way traffic flow
• Pre-topped precast concrete structural system
• Architectural design highlighted by sandblasted precast spandrels and field-laid masonry
• Glass-enclosed stair towers, upgraded lighting design and emergency assistance call boxes for enhanced security
