Westview is the redevelopment of the former Texas State Teachers Association building located just a block from the Texas State Capitol grounds.
The building, originally built in 1952, will be completely renovated and will also add another floor with 26,000 additional square feet of office space to the building.
Other additions include a rooftop terrace, conference room, fitness facility, showers and lockers, indoor bike storage, and a landscaped courtyard built around a 100-year-old Live Oak tree.
