Willa is a Vertical Mixed-Use (VMU) project four blocks from the heart of SoCo in Austin, Texas. The project consists of 59 residential units, with office and restaurant/retail on the ground floor. WGI partnered with StoryBuilt to bring this project to life, and provided the MEP Engineering services for this sustainably-designed building.
Willa recently achieved Austin Energy’s Green Building (AEGB) Certification – a rating system that rewards sustainable building practices, leads to high-performing buildings and creates market demand for green building.
