VP, Corporate Program Manager
Coriann Salas is Vice President of Corporate Services at WGI, where she leads enterprise functions spanning human resources, corporate operations, and organizational strategy. In this role, she partners closely with executive leadership to drive scalable people programs, support mergers and acquisitions, and advance WGI’s corporate-wide initiatives.
Coriann began her career in structural engineering and has over two decades of experience across both technical delivery and organizational leadership. She has served as Engineer of Record, Project Manager, and Lead Engineer on a wide range of infrastructure projects, including urban and rural bridges, limited access facilities, marine structures, and complex rehabilitation efforts for state and local agencies as well as private clients. Her technical expertise includes the development of complete construction plans and specifications, RFP development, design-build project delivery, structural evaluations, and rehabilitation strategies. She has led the design and rehabilitation of AASHTO and FIB girder bridges, steel truss structures, bridge widenings, noise walls, retaining walls, foundation systems, box culverts, and a variety of pedestrian facilities, including elevated platforms, boardwalks, and specialty concrete and steel structures.
Drawing on her engineering background, Coriann brings a systems-based, analytical approach to corporate leadership, with a focus on aligning talent, process, and strategy to support sustained growth and operational excellence.
