Lindsay Libes

 Lindsay serves as Vice President and Civil Division Leader at WGI, leading a multidisciplinary team of civil engineering, planning, environmental, and landscape architecture professionals across multiple markets and geographies. She is responsible for the division's strategy, growth, operational performance, talent development, and client relationships. With a background in planning and land development, Lindsay brings a distinct perspective to complex projects and business challenges, connecting technical expertise with market strategy and client needs. She is experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, navigating complex development and entitlement processes, and building strong partnerships across the public and private sectors. Her leadership combines technical understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong focus on people to create opportunities for her teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive sustainable growth for WGI. Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Landscape Architecture from Florida Atlantic University.
