Mike Madison, PE

As Vice President and Transportation Division Leader, Mike works with WGI's Strategy and Operations business leaders to identify, analyze, and accelerate growth opportunities across markets, services, and geographies. He has spent his entire 20-year career in the transportation industry with WGI, building the practice through work for FDOT and other agencies across Florida and North Carolina, with a background rooted in design-build delivery and working knowledge of the full range of contract types. Mike has held several key leadership roles during his tenure, proving instrumental in WGI's growth and expansion, capturing quality sales, leading highly effective teams, developing next-level leaders, and recruiting top talent. He is actively involved in ACEC, DBIA, and FTBA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
