SVP, Chief Operating Officer

Shad Shafie is the Chief Operating Officer of WGI, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the engineering sector. With a strong foundation in Structural Engineering, Shad has been a driving force in optimizing operations and advancing engineering practices throughout his career. Shad leverages his deep technical knowledge and leadership skills to guide the company’s strategic direction and ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Shad holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.  His career is marked by significant contributions to large-scale projects and a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies.
