The Georgia Avenue building, constructed in 2005, is a 7-level mid-rise located approximately three miles north of Washington DC. The building contains 243 luxurious residences. The building is a wood frame construction built on a poured-in-place concrete foundation. The building exterior is comprised of Hardi Panel siding and brick masonry veneer. Brick was built up to taller heights to accent the west and plaza elevations.
WGI completed a condition appraisal of the building façade and provided repair and maintenance recommendations with estimated financial projections.
