Four existing apartment-style residential buildings within the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo will be replaced with four new 3-story condominium buildings and amenities, including a recreational clubhouse and swimming pool. The proposed buildings will consist of 29 multi-family units adjacent to an existing marina. Civil engineering services were provided for 100% design documents, and preparation of permit applications and construction documents for the proposed paving, grading, water distribution, wastewater collection, and drainage improvements
