121 Marina - Ocean Reef Club

Marina Inn Land, LLC is proposing to replace four existing apartment style residential buildings within the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo with four (4) new 3-story condominium buildings with amenities including a recreational clubhouse and swimming pool. The proposed buildings will consist of 29 multi-family units adjacent to an existing marina. As part of the design team, WGI prepared construction documents for the proposed paving, grading, water distribution wastewater collection and drainage improvements. In addition, WGI prepared and submitted permitting documents to various regulatory agencies including Monroe County, Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority, and North Key Largo Utility Corporation.
