WGI provided civil engineering, surveying, and construction administration services for this 300,000-square foot commercial/office development located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Survey services included a boundary and topographical survey of the site. Engineering design services included the design, permitting and construction administration services for the water distribution system, wastewater collection system and the onsite paving and grading improvements.

Permitting services included the administration and coordination with the developer and various state and local permitting agencies including the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Northern Palm Beach County Improvement District, South Florida Water Management District, FEC Railroad, Florida Department of Transportation, and the Palm Beach County Health Department.
