1900 Linden Boulevard Roof Evaluation

Project Details

WGI performed a roof condition assessment for the existing warehouse at 1900 Linden Boulevard in Brooklyn, New York. The building footprint is 200 feet by 550 feet and is approximately 110,000 square feet. Total at grade level. The roof for this structure is a built-up roofing system with two main levels. The roofing membrane, flashings, all penetrations, equipment curbs, drainage, and parapets were evaluated. WGI also evaluated the masonry support walls of the upper-level roof and the exterior façade. WGI provided an estimate of probable repair and maintenance costs along with the roof evaluation report. 

Project Highlights:

  • Evaluated multi-level with a built-up roofing membrane including a portion of SPRM roofing
  • Evaluated roof equipment and penetrations
  • Evaluated masonry façade and upper masonry support walls

Project Cost $131,500.00
