2727 Paces West Parking Garage and Plaza

The Paces West Office Center Buildings I and II consist of two multi-story buildings that provide commercial office space and retail space. Each building is located along a six-level parking structure to the north. Office Center Building II is connected to the garage by a bridge with a plaza area at Level 4. Office Center Building II also has a plaza area on the south elevation. Office Center Building I is connected to the garage on Level 4 via a tunnel.

WGI evaluated the parking structure and plaza areas and provided repair recommendations based on the observed deficiencies.
