Project Details

WGI was selected to be part of the design team to provide civil engineering services and landscape architecture services for redevelopment of this oceanfront property. WGI’s staff worked closely with the developer and team to design a beautiful modern six-story condo community in South Palm Beach. The design included an amazing outdoor oceanfront pool deck amenity area and custom rooftop gardens and balconies complete with plunge pools. Careful consideration was put into all coastal design and permitting requirements as part of this unique condo redevelopment project. Due to the limited space for the on-site utilities and building foundation, WGI’s civil site design required the use of innovative design and construction techniques to accommodate fire truck access and utility routing. Stormwater was accommodated with the use of injection wells.
