Project Details

44 East Avenue is a high-rise condo tower in the Rainey Street district. Rising approximately 50 stories at the corner of East Avenue and Cummings Street, the tower will offer amazing views of downtown and Lady Bird Lake.

This is developer Intercrop's first project in the Austin area. The project team includes several local design firms, including Page, Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, and dwg. Flintco is the general contractor.

WGI is providing civil engineering and site development permitting services for the project, which is under construction and expected to be complete in 2022.
