802 Dee Gabriel Collins Road Development Transportation Impact Analysis

Client:
JCI Residential LLC
Market:
Development, Residential
Location:
Austin, TX

Project Details

The proposed single-family and multifamily residential development is located along Dee Gabriel Collins Road in southern Austin. The project will be completed in three phases: the first phase in 2023, the second in 2024, and the third in 2025. When completed, the development will consist of 700 multifamily units and 300 single-family units.

The project study area contained eight study intersections which were analyzed for impacts in no build and build conditions in each of the three buildout years to determine at what point mitigations are warranted due to impacts of each development phase. WGI worked closely with the County and the Developer, facilitating collaborative meetings to ensure the conclusions and recommendations included in the TIA were both in the developer’s best interest. They provided a safe and inviting roadway network for the surrounding community.
