Project Details

Located in downtown Minneapolis, this 835-space underground parking structure is the first in the United States to be integrated with a large retail store in a dense urban area. The three-level facility supports a Target store and commercial space above. It also provides two levels of public parking for the City of Minneapolis.

Project Highlights:

• One dedicated parking level for Target and two levels of public parking
• Enhanced durability features, including micro-silica concrete with corrosion inhibitor and a concrete sealer
