92 Milton Avenue

92 Milton Avenue is a four-level, 258 space parking structure in historic downtown Alpharetta, Georgia.

The garage is constructed entirely of precast concrete with integrally colored concrete and face brick in several patterns in the façade panels.

Notable garage features include headroom for over-sized vehicles on all levels, four charging stations for electric vehicles, an 800 SF police substation, 4200 SF of condominium retail space with grease trap, and trash enclosure.

Improvements to the site and surrounding community included: implementing and updating the stormwater management system, adding a sidewalk with brick pavers as well as on-street parking, and landscaping/streetscaping.
