Ada County Courthouse’s parking structure is situated in the heart of downtown Boise. Located east of the courthouse, the 422-space structure provides parking for employees, jurors, the general public and residents of the Civic Plaza Apartments. The 300 residential units are constructed on a transfer level above the top floor of the parking structure.
This post-tensioned structure includes underground long-term parking, grade-level retail spaces and three levels of short-term parking above ground. Underground tunnels were constructed to the south of the site for future pedestrian access to other developments.
