The Allen County, Regional Transit Authority, is dedicated to providing a safe, dependable, cost-effective transportation service for Lima and Allen County citizens.
The Regional Transit Authority retained WGI conduct a parking structure site feasibility and conceptual design study. Designs incorporated a bus transfer facility, van area, 8,000 square feet of office, retail and commercial space, and 460 parking spaces in a four-level standalone parking structure.
