Avery Lake Worth Beach

Utilizing built professional and private relationships, WGI managed the land development and permitting applications for the Avery of Lake Worth Beach. The Avery is A two-building multifamily housing project that consisted of over 200 units. WGI managed the full consultant team, including WGI's own landscape architecture, planning, and civil engineering teams to design construction plans and achieve building permit approval. The project, located at 3300 Boutwell Road, is largely revered by locals for its site design and general improvement to the area.    

The project consists of on-site drainage employing wet retention and an underground vaulting system. It has reserved rooms for bicycle storage on each building and several on-site amenities like a clubhouse, office share space, pool, public art, dog park, and observation deck.
