Project Details

The Azul Lakeshore multifamily project was developed by Cypress Real Estate Advisors and is located in east Austin on 1201 Lady Bird Lane, off of South Lakeshore Drive. The 296 unit multifamily complex was designed by Good Fulton & Farrell.

The property has a parking garage with 383 parking spaces and nearly 20 spots for bicycle parking.

WGI was responsible for the civil engineering design and site development permitting for this project which was completed in the Fall of 2015. Other BRD tasks included easement preparation and construction phase services.
