Boca Raton Annexation Feasibility Study

The City of Boca Raton contracted with WGI to develop an Annexation Feasibility Study to support its plans to annex two subdivisions into the City. Leveraging our seasoned planning team, WGI worked with city administration and department directors to analyze available data and conduct a complete inventory of all aspects of City services in the subdivisions, ensuring that the City had the financial ability to serve these subdivisions. Drawing upon our team's expertise, we generated maps specific to the subdivisions. All sections of the Florida Statutes regarding this type of annexation were followed to generate a feasibility study that would allow the City to move forward with a referendum for subdivision property owners.
