Bridge and Stocking Parking Structure

The Bridge and Stocking mixed-use development includes structured parking wrapped with residential, office, and retail construction. The development is located on the west side of Grand Rapids within the new energy district called “Circuit West.” Rockford Construction, the owner, teamed with Consumer’s Energy to incorporate sustainable and renewable energy for businesses and residents in the area. The addition of solar to the project includes 1,795 solar panels with most of them on the parking structure, utility scale battery storage, and infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations.  

WGI was retained to lead the parking structure design efforts for this mixed-use project while also providing parking demand and shared use analysis, structural, and architectural design services.
