Bristol Myers-Squibb three parking structures were built in 1991 and provide parking for 1,114 vehicles. The structures are precast pre-topped concrete double tees and have one supported level and one slab-on-grade.
WGI was retained to conduct a condition assessment of each of the structures exhibiting high levels of deterioration. Repair options included a full depth slab replacement and slab strip repairs, in addition to beam, column, and wall repairs, floor drain replacement, and installation of sealants. WGI created repair documents and is currently in the construction phase of the project for Parking Structure #3; the other structures are now in the bidding phase.
