Broadmoor Hotel and Resort Parking Operations Study

At the time of this study, the Broadmoor Hotel and Resort anticipated 1,840 future off-street parking spaces, a 478-space increase over the existing parking supply. A three-level, 940-space parking structure, located below the Events Center, would provide this extra parking, eliminating the need for on-street parking.

WGI was retained by the hotel to conduct a parking operations study of its parking facilities and hotel valet parking. The study found that the new parking structure would be sufficient to satisfy the hotel and resort’s parking needs.
