Broadstone Roof Deck

Project Details

Situated at the fringe of rapidly developing downtown Fort Worth, The Broadstone offers 345 housing units and extensive amenity spaces. This third-story rooftop deck has incredible views of the downtown skyline and is 1 acre long. The project recently received the top honors at the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) 2019 Aurora Awards: Drand Award for Best Multifamily Housing Community - 5 Stories or More. Sonneville took a lead role in designing the amenity space, including an elaborate pool with shade structures that doubled as water features. Custom water fountains, glass fireplaces, deck chairs, and “outdoor rooms”
