The Cadillac Showroom of Houston is located on a 2.4-acre site in the City of Houston City Limits. WGI was responsible for paving, grading, drainage, detention design, and utility design for a new 5-story 200,000-square-foot showroom. This project involved obtaining a TXDOT driveway permit for access off the S Loop W feeder road. The team was able to achieve a partial detention waiver due to an oversized existing pond near the site, and designed an underground detention system to accommodate the remaining required detention volume.
