The 10300 Metropolitan project includes the design of new multi-family wrapstyle apartments with a precast parking garage in the vibrant north Austin neighborhood of North Burnet. The project provides convenient access to the new Austin FC MLS stadium, with views of the stadium along its north rooftop amenity deck.
The project includes 341 apartment units, 423 parking spaces, outdoor at-grade pool amenity, interior fitness center amenity, and rooftop amenity deck with views towards the new Austin FC stadium.
WGI was responsible for the Civil, MEP, and Structural engineering on the project, which included onsite utility improvements, regulatory permitting, designing the wood structure and precast parking garage, and the MEP systems.
Project Highlights:
• The project includes below-grade water quality and a stormwater management pond within the footprint of the garage. The project includes several amenities such as an interior fitness center, outdoor pool deck, and rooftop amenity deck with views of the Austin FC stadium
