WGI provided planning, site planning, landscape architecture, and environmental services to transform an existing entitled site into Catalina Townhomes, a 68-unit townhome development featuring amenities such as a recreation area and a tot lot. The project required Rezoning and Site Plan approvals, and the Palm Beach County Workforce Housing Density Bonus Program was utilized to increase the maximum permitted density from four dwelling units per acre to over ten dwelling units per acre.
