Central Park at The Domain is located at 11100 Alterra Parkway in north Austin. The nine-acre project site was previously developed as part of an office campus for IBM and includes grassy areas, a bocce ball court, a trail, and a pavilion.
WGI was responsible for the civil engineering design and permitting of this infill parkland complex, which was completed in 2012.
WGI was also responsible for the design and permitting of several other development parcels within The Domain, which consitst of nearly 300 acres and 8 million square feet of mixed use urban infill development dotted with parks and trails developed by Endeavor Real Estate Group and Simon Property Group.
