WGI was hired by The City of Charlotte to evaluate the CMGC Parking Deck for operational functionality, safety, and future expansion. The services provided included a condition assessment of the parking structure, a description of recommended repairs, and the preparation of an estimate of probable repair and waterproofing protection costs. Several issues impacting the structure’s durability were outlined, including immediate maintenance, preventative maintenance, and optional improvements.Â
